-Таныг хорооны Засаг даргаар ажиллах хоёр жилийн хугацаандаа нэлээдгүй ажил хийж гэж харлаа. Ахмадуудад ээлтэй ямар ажил хийснээ товчхон өгүүлнэ үү?
-Ажил үүргийнхээ дагуу би ахмадуудаа ч дээдлэнэ, дунд үеэ ч хүндэлнэ, хүүхэд залуучуудаа ч хүмүүжүүлнэ гэсэн зарчимтай ажиллаж байна. Угаасаа багаас төлөвшсөн суурь хүмүүжил маань ч ийм байхыг шаарддаг. Өөрөөр хэлбэл, хороо хэмээх засаг захиргааны нэгжийг удирдаж байгаа хүний гол үүрэг бол ажлаа бүх насныханд чиглүүлж хийхэд оршино. Энэ үүднээсээ ажлаа аваад ахмадуудын ажил төрлийн судалгаатай танилцсан. Ахмадуудын орчин нөхцлөөс гадна нийгмийн халамж, хамгааллын асуудал, амралт сувиллын хүртээмжийн талаар нухацтай авч үзсэн. -Yр хүүхэдгүй, хань ижилгүй цөөхөн хүн байлаа. Тэдний зүгээс улсын асрамжийн газарт хүргэж өгөөч гэсэн хүсэлт тавьсаныг манай Нийгмийн ажилтан, Халамжийн мэргэжилтэнтэй хамтарч шийдэж өгсөн. Хувь иргэд, аж ахуйн нэгж байгууллагуудаас хандив тусламж аваад гэр оронтой болгох, тэргэнцэр өгөх, эрүүл мэндийн зардлыг нь шийдэх тал дээр манай хорооныхон ажил хийсэн. Мөн Монголыг уламжлалт зан заншлын дагуу Цагаан сар, Ахмадын баяраар хүндэтгэл үзүүлэхээс гадна Төрийн одон медальд тодорхойлох хүсэлтийг цаг алдалгүй уламжлах ажлыг хийж байна.
70-аас дээш насныханд төрдөө үнэлүүлэх хүсэл сонирхол их байдаг юм билээ. Залуу халуун насаа энэ улсын хөгжил цэцэглэлт, бүтээн байгуулалтад зориулсан ахмадуудаа Төрийн дээд шагналд тодорхойлоод явуулдаг. Бас хоол хүнсний тусламж хүсэх ч ахмадууд мэр сэр бий. Гэхдээ дандаа юм гуйх биш “Та бүхнийхээ ажилд туслая” гэх сайхан сэтгэлтэй, ажилсаг ахмадууд ч бий. “Би ийм ажил хийж явсан юм. Миний туршлага чадвар, мэдлэгийг ашиглаач” гээд ороод ирэх нь урамтай сайхан л байдаг. Тухайлбал, “Би насаараа замын инженерээр ажилласан хүн. Зам тавихад усны шуудууг ингэж тавих ёстой юм” гэх зэргээр зөвлөгөө өгдөг. Багшаар ажиллаж байсан хүмүүс ч туршлага мэдлэгээ хуваалцдаг. Мэдээж бидний ажилд хэрэгтэйг нь тусгаж аваад хэрэгжүүлж байна.
Түүнээс гадна биелүүлэх боломжгүй хүсэлтийг нь шууд хэлдэг. Тухайн хүнд итгэл найдвар төрүүлээд яваад байх нь буруу шүү дээ. Хороо дүүрэг худлаа амаллаа гэдэг ойлголттой болох ч магадлалтай. Хааяа нэлээд ууртай орж ирэх ахмадууд ч бий. Учир байдлыг нь тайлбараад ярилцсаны дараа асуудлыг ойлгоод л гардаг юм.
-Ахмад хүнийг хүндлэх сэтгэлийг залуу хүмүүст хэрхэн төлөвшүүлэх ёстой гэж боддог вэ?
-Би айлын том хүү. Өвөө, эмээ дээрээ өссөн. Өвөө маань их мундаг хүн байсан болохоор амьдралын ухааныг хар багаас маань зааж өгсөн. Түүнийхээ хүчинд сайн сайхан амьдарч яваа гэж боддог. Монгол гэр бүлийн ёс заншил, соёл сэтгэлгээ гэдэг зүйл миний амьдралтай салшгүй холбоотой. Одоо нийслэлд амьдарч байгаа ч хот, хөдөөгүй амьдарч чадах сэтгэлгээтэй. Энэ чанараа таван хүүхдэдээ суулгах нь миний үүрэг. Ер нь ойр дотныхондоо, хорооныхоо залууст ёс заншлаа гээлгүй ахмад үеэ хүндлэх хэрэгтэй шүү гэдэг талаас нь ярьж сургахыг хичээж явдаг. Энэ чиглэлээр ахмад, залуусын уулзалтыг байнга биш ч гэсэн зохион байгуулдаг. Гэхдээ энэ дашрамд хэлэхэд нас намбагүй ч гэх юм уу хүмүүс бас байна. Уг нь ахмад хүн шиг үлгэр дууриалалтай байвал энэ улсын ирээдүйд ч хэрэгтэй. 55-60 насны ахмад насандаа орж байгаа боловч залуучуудаа хүндэлдэггүй, түрэмгий догшин, хүний эрхийн мэдрэмжгүй, хэтэрхий түрэмгий хандлага гаргадаг ахмадууд байна. Мөн ахмад хүний үгийг тусгаж авдаггүй, хүндлэх ухамсаргүй залуус ч байна. Харилцаанаас харилцаа үүсдэг юм шүү дээ. Нэгэнт л хүний нийгэмд л амьдарч байгаагаас хойш хөгшин, залуу бүх л насныхан ухамсартай, соёлтой байх ёстой. Улаанбаатарт нийт хүн амын 60 хувь нь шахцалдан амьдарч байгаа. Ийм хэцүүхэн нөхцөлд ахмад нь ахмад шиг үлгэр дууриалалтай, залуус нь хүмүүжил ёс суртахуунтай баймаар байгаа юм.
-“Ахмадын сургааль алт” гэдэг үг бий. Таны хэлэх дуртай ямар үг байдаг вэ?
-Зөв явбал мөр цагаан гэдэг үгийг хэлэх дуртай. Зөв бодолтой, зөв үйлдэлтэй яваад байвал бүх зүйл аяндаа бүтнэ. Үйлийн үр гэж байдаг. Хэн нэг хүнийг зөвөөр бодож чадвал хариу нь заавал сайхнаар л ирнэ. Магадгүй таны талаар муу бодолтой явдаг хүмүүсийн үзэл бодол өөрчлөгдөнө.
–Танай хороонд хөдөлмөрч ахмадууд олон байдаг уу?
-Манайх спортлог хороо. Гавьяат тамирчин, спортын мастерууд цөөнгүй байна. Ер нь спортоор хичээллэдэг ахмад настан олон. Түүнээс гадна оёдол эсгүүр, мужаан, гагнуур хийдэг гээд хөдөлмөрч хүмүүс их. Тэгвэл ахмадууд маань хөдөлмөрлөж байж л хүн шиг амьдардаг юм шүү гэдгийг өөрсдийн үйлдлээрээ харуулж байна. Тэр утгаар нь би ахмадуудаа дэмждэг. Хөдөлмөрлөж байж орлого олно гэдгийг би өөрөө олон жил бизнес хийсэн хүнийхээ хувьд ойлгосон. Миний анхны бизнес банштай цай хийж зах дээр зарахаас эхэлсэн. Тэр үед би дөнгөж 7 дугаар ангид байлаа. Хуучин зах буюу Дэнжийн мянгын зах дээр зуны халуун, өвлийн хүйтэнд л банштай цайгаа зараад гүйж явдаг байлаа. Өдөр хичээлээ тарж ирээд ээжийн бэлэн болгосон баншийг цүнхэндээ хийж аваад л гарна. Өдөрт 30 шилийг зарчихаад л харина. Орой нь дүү нартайгаа хамт баншаа чимхэж хөлдөөнө, хажуугаар нь гэрийн даалгавраа хийнэ гээд их л орой унтдаг байлаа. Одооны хүүхдүүд гар утсанд хамаг цагаа дэмий үрж байгаад харамсах юм. Тэр цагаас хойш би хөдөлмөрийн үр шимийг мэдэрсэн. Оюутан байхдаа ч жижиг бизнес эрхэлдэг байсан. Хар багаасаа хөдөлмөрлөж байж амьдрана гэдэг философитой болсон гэсэн үг. Одоо ч тэр үзэл бодол маань хэвээрээ.
–Зээл хүсэх ахмадуудын асуудлыг яаж шийддэг вэ?
-Дүүргийн Хөдөлмөр, халамж үйлчилгээний газраас зарласан төсөл болон барьцаагүйгээр 2000.000 төгрөгийн зээл олгох төсөлд зөвхөн шалгуур хангасан иргэдийг журмынх нь дагуу уламжилдаг. Энэ тал дээр би зарчмых нь дагуу ханддаг. Ер нь ар өврийн хаалга, намчирхал миний ажлын мөн чанарт харшилна гэж үзээд зүтгэж байна даа.
–Ярилцлагын төгсгөлд арай өөр сэдэв хөндөе. Таныг цусны донор гэж сонссон. Яагаад цусаа бэлэглэхээр шийдсэн бэ?
– Ерөөсөө л өөрөөс минь гарах хамгийн том тус бол цусаа бэлэглэж өвдөж зовсон хүмүүсийн амь насыг аврах явдал юм байна гэдгийг ойлгосон.
