Зарим эмийг ковидын эмчилгээнд хэрэглэхийг хоригложээ

Аливаа хэлбэрийн коронавирусний халдварын эмчилгээнд ивермектин ба VV116 эмийг хэрэглэхгүй байхыг ДЭМБ-ын мэргэжилтнүүд зөвлөжээ.

Түүнчлэн хөнгөн хэлбэрийн ковидтой өвчтөнүүдийг эмнэлэгт хэвтэх эрсдэлээс нь хамааран гурван бүлэгт хуваахыг санал болгосон байна. ДЭМБ-ын шинэчилсэн зөвлөмжийг өнөөдөр “BMJ” шинжлэх ухааны сэтгүүлд нийтэлжээ.

“Сүүлийн үеийн эмнэл зүйн туршилтууд нь ивермектин болон вирусний эсрэг VV116 эмийг COVID-19-ийн хөнгөн, хүнд хэлбэрийн эмчилгээнд хэрэглэж болохгүй гэсэн дүгнэлт хийхэд хүргэв. Туршилтын явцад ивермектин эмийн гаж нөлөө илэрснээс гадна VV116 эмийн үйлчлэл, үр нөлөөг үнэлэх боломжгүй байсан” гэж судлаачид бичсэн байна.

Шимэгчийн эсрэг үйлчилгээтэй ивермектин эм нь коронавирусний үржлийг дарангуйлдаг гэсэн мэдээлэл нь олны анхаарлыг татсан юм. Гэвч энэ нь нотлогдоогүй тул эмнэл зүйн туршилтаас гадуур ивермектинийг хэрэглэхгүй байхыг анхааруулсан зөвлөмжийг ДЭМБ-аас 2021 оны гуравдугаар сард гаргажээ. Улмаар судалгааны явцад ивермектин нь гаж нөлөө үзүүлдэг болохыг тогтоосон тул ковидтой холбоотой аливаа тохиолдолд уг эмийн хэрэглээг бүрмөсөн хориглохыг мэргэжилтнүүд зөвлөжээ.

ДЭМБ-ын мэргэжилтнүүд 2020 онд цар тахлын эхний саруудад БНХАУ-ын Ухань хотын вирус судлалын хүрээлэнгийн мэргэжилтнүүдийн боловсруулсан вирусын эсрэг VV116 эмийн талаар мөн ижил зөвлөмж гаргажээ. Уг эмийн үйлчлэлийн механизм нь коронавирусний халдварын түгээмэл эмчилгээ болох ремдесивиртэй төстэй.  ДЭМБ-ын ковидын хөнгөн хэлбэрийн эмчилгээний талаарх зөвлөмжид ремдесивир багтдаг.

Өнгөрсөн оны сүүлээр Хятадын эрдэмтэд VV116-г коронавирусний халдварыг эмчлэхэд ашигласан анхны эмнэл зүйн туршилтын үр дүнг нэгтгэн гаргажээ. ДЭМБ-ын мэргэжилтнүүдийн үзэж байгаагаар, эдгээр туршилтын чанар маш доогуур байсан тул ковидоос үүдэлтэй өвчлөл, нас баралтад VV116 хэрхэн нөлөөлж буй талаар тодорхой дүгнэлт гаргаж чадаагүй аж. Ийм учраас ДЭМБ-ын мэргэжилтнүүд энэ эмийг эмнэл зүйн туршилтаас гадуур хэрэглэхгүй байхыг зөвлөжээ.

Нэмж дурдахад, ДЭМБ-ын мэргэжилтнүүд ковидын хөнгөн хэлбэрийн өвчтөнүүдийг эмнэлэгт хэвтэх эрсдэлээс нь хамааран гурван бүлэгт хуваахад эмч нарт туслах  шалгуурыг боловсруулжээ. Өвчтөнүүдийг ангилах ийм систем нь ковидын халдвар тархах эрсдэл ба өвчтөний нас барах магадлалыг бууруулж, эмийн хүртээмжийг сайжруулна гэж мэргэжилтнүүд найдаж байна гэж Үндэсний мэдээллийн агентлаг МОНЦАМЭ мэдээллээ.
